How cold has it been! Winter has well and truly hit, and we have had our heaters cranked up and hot water bottles filled up to keep us warm at night.
For Sydney’s homeless population, living on the street is particularly tough during these cold months. Thankfully there are groups out their like Happy Helpers https://www.facebook.com/happyhelpersnb who are doing what they can to keep people warm by distributing blankets and warm clothes to people who need them most.
We are supporting Happy Helpers by collecting clean blankets and clothes from our customers to be given out to people living rough on the streets.
Can you help? When you place an order during the month of June, we will collect your donated items and deliver them to Happy Helpers. Simply hand over your clean blankets and clothes to our drivers when they collect or deliver your order. We really need WARM clothes and blankets to keep our friends on the street toasty and warm during the wintry months.
